This was the Fastest/Best Price/ Easiest, new vehicle purchace I have ever done. I did the internet search for price quote of a 2011 Frontier from three differant dealers. Riley Groves price the vehicle way below the others. When I went to the dealer for a test drive, Mr Groves was finishing up w/another costomer, so Sean Gerard offered to let me do the test drive. Sean was very knowledge of the vehicle and answer all of my questions in a professioanl maner. Mr Groves honored the price he quoted. I knew exactley what my final cost was going to be. I needed to go back a week later to check on something differant and a salesman by the name of "Kris" was able to get it taken care of for me. Great job to all of you! More
An incredible buying experience that combined great price with a great deal of personal attention and to top it off it was all done over the phone and internet. The main saleperson that I worked with was Frank and the finace manager was Bruce. They both was very helpful and got me great deals. We entered the dealership knowing our credit would be an obstacle. We had already completed the online application and spoken with a salesman (who was helpful) prior to our visit. What I didn't expect was t obstacle. We had already completed the online application and spoken with a salesman (who was helpful) prior to our visit. What I didn't expect was the ridiculous suggestions we were given by the dealership. In fact, I left and went home (leaving my husband to negotiate if he chose)because I was so frustrated with the options they were offering, and knowing they could do better. As an employee of this dealership, I would have been embarrassed to start with an offer of 22% interest on a 5 year old car, and end at 11% interest on a 1 year old car. It shows that they only wanted to take advantage of an already bad situation. Why would you start at 22% if you knew you could offer 11%? We also looked at two cars with pricing listed on the internet. They were not willing to honor the internet prices. We were quoted a higher price than on the internet and told it was because of bank fees. We also looked at another vehicle that was listed on the internet. It was noted as having leather seats and other options. The salesman told us the incorrect information was listed regarding the vehicle. I would not recommend the dealership to anyone for a future transaction. More
I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I started searching for a new Altima online. When I selected the options that I was interested in, I received a list of 3 dea purchase a new vehicle. I started searching for a new Altima online. When I selected the options that I was interested in, I received a list of 3 dealerships and suggested price. I opted for a quote from these three dealerships online after 8pm. Caleb Kelley called my cell phone within a few minutes of the request. He sent me an online quote which was the best deal available of the 3 dealerships. The other 2 dealerships never responded to my request. We were planning a trip to Nashville from Alabama over the weekend. When we arrived at the dealership, the employee that greeted us on the lot was very friendly and helpful. When we met Caleb, he was very helpful in showing us the different Altima's that we were interested in. There was no pressure into buying a certain vehicle. He showed us different Altima's and explained the options on each one. The quoted price online was never disputed and we actually were able to purchase the vehicle below the online quote. Rob King, the finance employee, was also very helpful. He explained all of the warranties and had all of the documentation ready for us to sign. He went the extra mile to ensure that we were able to purchase the car without any problems. We received a better finance rate with Nissan than we could through our local bank. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful to make this a smooth buying experience. We are very satisfied with the Altima. More
We've purchased numerous cars over the years, and this was honestly one of the best experiences we've ever had. Sean was easy to work with, friendly, and courteous. Friendly, easy going, and secured the lowest new car rate I've ever seen for the length of time we requested. Sean did not rush us or push us to make a decision. After we drove the car, we then found a great deal on the showroom floor. We explained that we needed to drive one more vehicle and would be back in touch. We went back to the dealership two days later, received the price as quoted and received a very fair amount for our trade-in. We can say without hesitation that this is the place to go to buy a car. This dealership is outstanding, Jerry Broaddus was amazing and very helpful. I even enjoyed my visit with finance(Rob King)...which is a first for me :-). Before I walked into Newton I went to a another Nissan dealership, I will not mention the name but it is not far from there. I felt that the other dealership was trying take advantage of me, they did not listen to what I wanted. I am sooo glad that I drove the extra miles to get to this dealership.
