Even though the Xterra is a great vehicle, it is not the best as far as getting an infant seat in and out of. On the 24th of September, we had actually just taken my Xterra in to have it serviced. My husband had followed me to Newton Nissan in his pickup truck to pick me up while it was being serviced. We just got to looking around on the lot. Kris came out and talked to us about how little room the Xterra had. We wound up trading, not only for the Titan, but for a Quest as well. We had a great experience with Kris. More
This was my first visit to Newton Nissan. I was in the market for a new car and my plans were to visit several dealerships before making a decision. I met Kevin Valentine and he asked what price range I was looking for and what payment I would be comfortable with. Kevin kept my payment range in mind and showed me cars that I might like that would fit into my budget. Once I made my decision. He went over the owner manual and pointed out things I needed to know. He walked around the car and made sure I understood the different function and could work them. Needless to say I left Newton Nissan with a new 2011 Cube krom and was a very please customer. “kudos” to Kevin!! More

I am pleased to say your dealership exceeded our expectations that day. The specific vehicle was not on your lot, but Kevin and others were able to find one and have it delivered to us on the same day. I have to be honest and say that was probably the best customer service I have received in a long long time. I am a firm believer that if you have a great experience then you need to tell others. I always tell my husband that I am a walking advertisement at times. Customer Service is what I do for a living and this specific situation spoke volumes to me that day. The Truck I wanted was not on the lot and the Sales Manager went the extra step to locate just the right model - out of state! Since the truck would not be at he vehicle until AFTER closing on a Satur Manager went the extra step to locate just the right model - out of state! The at 8:30 pm that very same night Kevin Mears met me at a shopping center near my home to deliver the Truck to me. Now that's customer service. More

We ended up purchasing a 2011 Nissan Quest LE! All steps of the process went smoothly as usual. However, we did a a few minor issues with the vehicle that needed to be addressed, and they made arrangements to resolve all issues at our convenience. We are very happy with the service we have received from Newton Nissan, which is why we have driven from Nashville to Gallatin to purchase our last to vehicles. There are not enough words to explain the wonderful experience I have had while purchasing my new Maxima. Margaret Garland was so wonderful to both me and my son who also purchased a used Maxima from her a month earlier. She has so much patience and never once made us feel rushed. Mike Castro helped in getting us the best deal for both cars and keeping our payments where they needed to be. Since they did not have my exact car on the lot I wanted...they got right on the phone and started the search. He provided me with a new Maxima to drive out with on that day until mine came in which was to take up to about 7 days. Two days later I got a call they had it in and ready for me to pick up. I was so excited. Margaret had it all shinning with a full tank of gas by the time I arrived. We went over every inch of the car and she gave me a quick training on some of the features on the inside....she even programmed by cell phone to the blue tooth for me. Margaret & Mike both seemed interested in us not just as car buyers, but sincerely cared about our families, work and college. Rob King and Bruce Moss were both also very caring and excited for us with our new car purchases. They explain everything in detail with no extra surprises. When it was time to sign the paperwork they even had my interest rate reduced even more then I was expecting, which helped alot in lowing my car payments (who doesn't like that!!!!) They both seemed to enjoy their jobs very much and kept us laughing through this detailed process. I also received $30.00 in free merchandise and my first oil change free. All in all my experience was over and above what was expected and I really feel like we had the top notch treatment anyone could ever ask for.
