Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was courteous and helpful; the facility is modern, bright, open and clean; the vehicle selection was good; and I'm very pleased with my new purchase - a 2011 Nissan Frontier. My salesperson, Riley Groves, was easygoing and friendly, eager to assist, a fair negotiator, and never pressured me on anything. At one point during the negotiations, he even said to me, "What else can I do for you?" I was totally unprepared for that question (and pleasantly surprised). No other salesperson has ever asked me that before. With some salespeople, the relationship is more adversarial, and it seems like they're trying to grind you for every dollar. Riley really impressed me with his approach, and his concern for me as a customer seemed genuine. I would gladly work with Riley again, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I feel that I received a great price on my new vehicle, a reasonable valuation for my trade-ins (I had two!), I'm happy with my payment, and I love my new vehicle. Honest sales, a bit of an oxymoron in this day in age so much so that it is exciting to come across a dealership that can truly embody the term. We went to a few dealerships and got the expected lack luster much so that it is exciting to come across a dealership that can truly embody the term. We went to a few dealerships and got the expected lack luster experience that turns car shopping into a real chore, but as we cast our net a bit wider we ran into Caleb Kelly and the Newton Nissan team. They provided a truly excellent experience, we had a good time, they evaluated our trade fairly talking with us through the deal. Caleb listened and showed us what we were there to see, not the special of the day or the maxed out model giving us helpful feedback along the way. In the end we got to meet the whole team throughout Newton's transparent lending process and left with what we wanted, confident that we had the best deal from a trust worthy lender. More

When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Josh Street. He was helpful without pressuring us. He showed us several vehicles and was very knowledgable of the vehicle features. When it came to purchasing a vehicle, we bought a new 2011 Versa. Josh worked with us to get the vehicle price to where we needed it to be. Josh answerd all of our questions and fulfilled all of his promises. At no point was it a hard pressure sale. After we got the car home, there were some minor electrical issues with the display panel. I brought the car back to the dealership and Josh and David Stone in the service department dealt with the issue as if it was their car. David told me that he would look at the car and that he would call by a certain time to let me know if he was able to determine what the problem was. True to his word, he called me 5 minutes before the time he had said he would. As far as follow-up after the sale, Josh has contacted me several time and asked for feed back. He has told me each time that if I can't say that I was totally satisfied with my experience at Newton Nissan to tell him what the issue is, so he can fix it to my satisfaction. I've purchase many vehicles and have never experienced such a concern for customer satisfaction. I will not hesitate to do business with Josh and Newton Nissan in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a no pressure sales experience with an individual that is knowledgable about the cars he is selling.
