Be very certain you get what you agree on during the sales process. Went to this dealer for a new Juke. We purchased the juke that we wanted. My wife was extremely happy with the car, had been drivin sales process. Went to this dealer for a new Juke. We purchased the juke that we wanted. My wife was extremely happy with the car, had been driving it all week showing it off to our friends and family. Right in the middle of road trip planning the finance guy from newton calls us to inform us that Nissan motor credit wanted money down before they would approve the loan. (Fishy, but not implausible that the credit department was responsible) I would not have cared one bit to give a down payment in the original deal, suspicious way of doing business makes me think I am better off that the deal fell through. But that doesn’t fix my wife calling me in tears that she lost the car To be fair. After we returned the car and posted the first version of this review online. The dealership did offer to try to make it right, but we are very cautious people and refused any chance to "make it right" This may or may not have been a mutually beneficial transaction in the end. We just don’t give many second chances More
