My salesman was Jerry,he was a great salesman, very helpful in getting me a new vehicle. Not pushy, very knowledgeable. My husband and I came in to look at the Altima and the Maxima. Jerry spent two afternoons helping us find the right car for our family. I really enjoyed my purchase of the 2012 Altima from Newton Nissan. The staff was very friendly and I did not feel pressured at all. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was I walked around the front of the dealership for at least 10 minutes and was never approached. I almost left but since I received an email from Jerry I decided to go inside and ask for him. Margaret greeted me and was very friendly and nice and tried to find Jerry for me. He was busy with another customer so Margaret took over. I did eventually meet Jerry and he was very friendly and let Margaret help me. Margaret was extremely helpful, showed me several cars in the front lot and back lot. We eventually took a used 2011 Altima for a test drive and was very pleased with the handling and the performance of the Altima. I was thinking about going to Rivergate to test drive a Honda Accord but Margaret said the right things about the ALtima to help me decide that the Altima was my best choice.Overall it was a great experience and I wll reccomend Newton Nissian to my friends and family. Justin was professional and helpful and worked hard to make the deal work for US. The dealership showed flexibility and was willing to make adjustments to our vehicle needs. There is no question that I would not recommend Newton Nissan to any potential customer, ESPECIALLY USAA members (the savings are as promised). Having been a former auto broker, I am more than familiar with how the automobile sales situation works, thus I am finely tuned to the process. Newton Nissan and Justin Garza deserve an A+ rating. Frank was very friendly and patient. My wife test drove several models before we made a decision leading to a long visit of more than 4 hours. He was knowledgable on the vehicles, professionals and courteous. Both my wife and I related with him on a personal level which made things that much more enjoyable. I have a personal pet peeve with most auto salesmen and in my car buying life (this being my 10th vehicle purchased, and about my 30th dealership contacted), prior to meeting Frank, I'd only liked one other salesperson. Frank did not come off as the stereotypical sleazy car salesman, and I'll buy my next vehicle from him, hopefully later in 2011. Ryan worked very hard to get pricing to a point that was "doable" for us. He came and sat with us, explained our options, and was very professional. He too was very knowledgable and well-spoken. Again, I did not feel I was being "led" or fed some line. There was a geniune helpful demeanor, and an honest vibe that came across. I've been back to the dealership twice for minor things since buying the car and Ryan sought me out to say hello on both occasions, both thanking me for my business, and checking up to see if the car was working out well. I connected with Bruce right away as we are from the same part of the country and had mutual sports interest. Bruce was professional and courteous. I enjoyed speaking with him. He worked very hard to educate us on the merits of having an extended warranty on our certified preowned vehicle, and at first (fearing the added cost) my wife declined it. When we called back two days later asking to add it he went above the call of duty to rework our loan, our paperwork, and our payment so to stay within our budget. When I returned to sign the new documents, he was prepared, and again very professional and friendly, and he had me on my way in 15 minutes. OVERALL I rate this dealership experience the best collective effort I've experienced. Again, our family will return to Newton in the future and we'll hope to work with this same team when we do do. I never rate anything perfect because that leaves no room for improvement. That said, Frank is an excellent salesman and was very helpful to me. We had bought an Xterra last July at Newton Nissan and were very satisfied with our service at that time. However, about a month after I bought the Xterra I found out we were expecting our second child. were very satisfied with our service at that time. Even though the Xterra is a great vehicle, it is not the best as far as getting an infant seat in and out of. On the 24th of September, we had actually just taken my Xterra in to have it serviced. My husband had followed me to Newton Nissan in his pickup truck to pick me up while it was being serviced. We just got to looking around on the lot. Kris came out and talked to us about how little room the Xterra had. We wound up trading, not only for the Titan, but for a Quest as well. We had a great experience with Kris. More

Kevin kept my payment range in mind and showed me cars that I might like that would fit into my budget. Once I made my decision. He went over the owner manual and pointed out things I needed to know. He walked around the car and made sure I understood the different function and could work them. Needless to say I left Newton Nissan with a new 2011 Cube krom and was a very please customer. “kudos” to Kevin!! More
