Great experence with Wylie very knowledgeable with the trucks wasn't pushy, seemed to bend over backwards to make sure the sale was made. I along with my parents came in late on Tuesday night disgusted from another dealer, Kevin Velentine asked what I was interested in which was a used Titan 4X4, unfortunatly there was none on the lot, but disgusted from another dealer, Kevin Velentine asked what I was interested in which was a used Titan 4X4, unfortunatly there was none on the lot, but Kevin asked if we had time to come in to explore other options, and we did. He explained all the incentives on buying a new truck which was scary for a 20 year old. But with Kevin patients we found my dream truck located else where, Being 2 days before Thanksgiving I had my heart set on having it in time to show all my family, very nicely Kevin explained that he would make no promises but would do everything in his power to get my that truck in time. I arrived at Newton Nissan late Wednesday Night after everyone left,but Bruce and Kevin had my brand new Smoke colored 2011 Nissan Titan 4X4 ready for me. As late as it was Kevin took the time to explain every towing feature and back up sensor, Blue tooth, radio stations, seats and everything else. Kevin was truely going above and beyond for the sake of a customer!!! More

Joey took his time to work with my husband, James, and myself, Melissa, to make sure we walked away happy. He came and spoke with us the day after the purchase when we brought the car in for a couple of things in the service department (good experience as well) and has made a follow up phone call. Joey is a overall great sales person. If he can sell my husband a car he is good. We also worked with Ryan Martin. He was very pleasant as well. He did all he could to get us at a payment that we could be satisfied with. Then on to Bruce in finance. He was very professional as well. So it seems like you have a good team working for you. I just came away from a VERY bad experience at Miracle Dodge and I hope my Nissan experience continues to be great. Thanks Melissa Shrum More

With the approach of winter, I was very interested in trading my Altima Coupe for an AWD Nissan Rogue. I had actually test driven a Rogue at Nissan of Murfreesboro but I guess they weren't interested in trading my Altima Coupe for an AWD Nissan Rogue. I had actually test driven a Rogue at Nissan of Murfreesboro but I guess they weren't interested in selling me one because they would never return my calls, and after a disastrous, high pressure buying experience with my Altima at Nissan of Cool Springs, I was not about to go there. While watching a commercial for Newton Nissan, I decided to check them out on the internet. They had good customer reviews so I took a look at their inventory on-line and found several cars that fit my criteria, which were incidentally cheaper than the ones I had seen at Nissan of Murfreesboro. I decided to submit a credit application on-line and within 15 minutes I received a phone call from Michael Brennon. He went over a few things on my application as well as discussed several cars that were on the lot that might interest me. I told him I would come by on Friday to check them out. Friday morning Michael called to see if I was planning on stopping by and said he was looking forward to working with me. When we arrived at the dealership it was slammed, perhaps because it was Black Friday. Michael was already with customers but he greeted me and led me to the cars I was interested in and assured me he would finish up shortly and be right with me. Apparently it was taking a little longer than he expected, but he came outside to see if I had questions and even brought the keys to the car I was interesed in. He told me to take it down the street for a test drive and that he should be finished up by the time I got back. When I returned it was time to talk numbers. I never felt pressured during the negotiations and Michael worked hard to make sure that I got the best deal possible and Scott King worked hard to make sure that I got the best interest rate possible. Due to the high volume of sales that day, it was taking everyone longer than usual to get in to complete all of their paperwork. However, we took the time to enjoy dinner and the detail guys were even able to get my car detailed so that we could drive it to dinner. An hour later, my paperwork was completed with Scott King who explained warranties- once again with no pressure to purchase. He also informed me that I was due a refund from Nissan of Cool Springs and how to receive it. As a single woman, this dealership took me seriously and I never once felt intimidated or pressured into anything which I very much appreciate. I would 100% recommend Michael and this dealership to my family and friends. They really put the needs and budget of the customer first which seems to be a thing of the past at other dealerships. More
