Went in looking at pre-owned vehicles, had a budget set. Frank was our sales guy, and he quickly began showing us cars. We looked at a couple of cars, then went inside to talk more with him. Once we explained our budget concerns, he quickly began researching their inventory for any possible pre-owned vehicles that would work for us. The General Sales Manager approached us during our wait and we explained our budget to him. He worked quickly to ensure that they could put us in an excellent car and keep us within our budget. From there, we were shown the car that we ended up purchasing. Once we had decided the car was for us, Bill and Rob began crunching numbers to keep us within our budget. The wait on all of the finance paperwork was long, but Frank was very hospitable and kept us in conversation. Rob was the finance director and he was very efficient, and easily fixed some concerns over the final price, as it was not originally what we had agreed to. He also was very informative and helpful when explaining the extended warranty, and even worked a great deal on it for us. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and not pushy! More

My wife and I were looking for a very specific car, a 2012 blue Murano with Black leather. We looked all around Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi & finally Tennessee. My wife and I were prepared to drive 2.5 hours to Tennessee and purchase the Murano. After talking with Riley, we learned that Newton would deliver the car to my door! Newton prepared all the paperwork & delivered the car to me in Madison, AL. I signed all the paperwork sitting at my kitchen table! This was the first Nissan I have ever purchased but when it is time to buy another new car, Newton Nissan will be the first dealership I contact! More

I love the fact that I was able to conduct the bulk of this purchase over the phone/email, and fax because I live more than an hour away from this dealership. I have never liked spending hours at a car dealership just waiting for paper work and the finance managers attention. I was able to go to Newton Nissan conduct a quick test drive and then sign the paperwork and go. The staff was friendly and they did not try to sell me a vehicle that I did not ask about. I knew what I could afford and that is all the salesman worked on. Much appreciated. More

I went to another dealership in Nashville to look at a Nissan Murano. My husband and I were visiting from Knoxville and I needed a car after getting a new job and will be turning in my company car. I had already been looking in Knoxville and decided on the Murano but wasn't sure if I wanted new or used and most of the ones in Knoxville are hail damaged so it seemed like a good idea to look in the Nashville area. The other dealership had one and made me an offer but it had black interior, which I didn't want. I later went on the internet and began reseaching dealers that had the colors, interior and exterior, that I was looking for. Josh called me the next day after seeing my internet inquiry and while on the phone checked to make sure that particular Murano was still there. We talked for a bit on the phone and he answered questions and told me they could beat the offer I had gotten from the other dealer. I went in the next day, even though my husband and I were on a tight time schedule, Josh had it pulled up front and we immediately test drove it. He showed me things about the vehicle, he was knowlegable and even told me if I wanted to check with my bank at home, I could put a deposit down to hold the vehicle if I wanted it. The price sheet he showed me was up front, there were no games or ploys, it was a simple process and I ended up financing through Nissan and driving the car home to Knoxville! I haven't driven it much yet, I still have a couple of weeks with the company car but I can't wait until I do get to! I appreciate Josh's demeanor when dealing with me and I really appreciate his respectfulness of our time that day. He was thorough but kept things as quick as possible. More

This was my second time buying a used vehicle at this location. My first experience back in September 2010 with Jerry Broaddus was so wonderful that when I decided it was time to trade my vehicle in I kn location. My first experience back in September 2010 with Jerry Broaddus was so wonderful that when I decided it was time to trade my vehicle in I knew exactly what Nissan dealership I was going to. Today I was looking to trade my 2008 Altima for a newer Maxima and Kevin Mears and Rob King made that possible for me. Kevin was able to work with me and my dad on the numbers, and Rob explained everything thoroughly when we made it to his finance office. Kevin was especially knowledgeable with all of the great features the Maxima has and also showed me some of the newer Altimas for comparison. I was able to accomplish what I came here for, and that was getting a 2009 Maxima with all the "bells and whistles" I had wanted.
