Wow! I had a rocky start when I began my new car quest. Jerry and all the staff were friendly, patient and at no time did I ever feel pressured. The new car that Jerry specially ordered for me arrived on time (3 loooong months!) and was waiting for me all detailed and ready to go. Jerry spent a lot of time with me in my new Juke explaining all the different options and features. I would definitely recommend stopping by and checking them out for yourself. Too far away to pop in? Do like I did and call. I did all my business with Jerry over the phone before my car arrived. I met him face to face the day I picked up my new car. I live 90 miles from the dealership. He even offered to deliver my car to me! All I can say is....ABOVE AND BEYOND JERRY! ABOVE AND BEYOND! :) More

I have purchased several vehicles from Newton Nissan in Gallatin TN and the reasons I keep coming back are many. They notified me of a recent sale by sending me a flier via mail. I have a son that was ready to purchase his second car and so we went to the dealership to see what they might have on lot. We were immediately greeted by Margaret Garland who was very friendly but not in a "salesmany" way. She listened as I explained to her our situation and what we were looking for and the price range we had to work with. She was very honest and open with us (not my experience at any other dealership that we checked out that day or any other time). This has always been my experience with Newton Nissan. It's why we went there first. She told me the sale had been going on for some time and stock was lower than usual for what we were seeking and so we left to check out other dealerships locally, but she assured us she would let us know if she could find something that fit the bill. About an hour and a half later we got a call from Margaret and she had found the car we were looking for. It was amazing and the price was great! We filled out the paperwork and because it was my son's first experience with a dealership (he bought his previous car from an owner) I held my breath regarding his getting financed. Bruce Moss handled our paperwork initially and was the perfect gentleman and made my son feel at ease with his purchase. Then Rob King kept me up to speed with regard to the results and the whole process was such a pleasure and these folks are really interested in our satisfaction with their service and it shows bigtime! Newton Nissan came through (as they always have) and I have two sons that are happy...my youngest son bought his older brother's car so this was a big win for our household. I would recommend the wonderful folks at Newton Nissan to everyone seeking a great deal and folks you can trust to do the best possible job. I appreciate this dealership soooo much and it doesn't stop with the sales department. The service department is equally qualified and interested in our satisfaction. Russel Newton has gone above and beyond the call when I needed to schedule an oil change last minute, he seems to fit me into the packed schedule. I appreciate the entire staff and management and can't thank Margaret and Bruce and Rob enough for their attention to our particular needs and their willingness to make things work for us to our complete satisfaction. I don't know why I even bother to look at other dealerships. The difference is night and day. It has been that way with every vehicle I purchased. We were just killing time looking at other cars on other lots but were amazed at the difference in attitude of the various salesmen we spoke with at the other dealerships. My son commented on the difference as we shopped. We felt like we had to keep our guard up. At Newton Nissan, we felt like we had folks that wanted to help us for all the right reasons. We didn't feel like we were "sold" a car...We felt like we were introduced to an amazing opportunity to purchase an automobile that was way beyond our expectations for the price range we had expressed.
