We came in looking for a slightly used car but left with a new car and a great warrantee. We felt the price was very competative and the warrantee was better than we hoped. Randy and Rob were very thorough when explaining the options Nissan offered. Mike came by to ensure we were happy with the deal. Once the deal was over Randy walked us to the car, personally showed us all the features of the car and how to use them. Even double checked that we knew how the lights worked since it would soon be dark. I believe he actually cared about our safety. Buying a car is typically not an enjoyable experience but we left there feeling good. Again, customer service is exceptional at Newton Nissan. When i walked onto the lot, i had really no idea as to what I was looking for other than a blue car. Frank helped me to decide and within 36 minutes the decision was made and the deal was done. The day I took delivery, Frank was not scheduled to work but had left my transaction in the capable hands of Margret who followed through with the rest of the paperwork and quite thoroughly went over the car functions. The team worked hard to address all of my concerns and problems. Colin kept refering to me as "Mr. Gregory" through the whole prosess. The only down fall that I have is that the vehicle didn't automatically come equip with a cargo cover for the back of the car. Its a option that should come with the vehicle and I don't feel a customer shoul automatically come equip with a cargo cover for the back of the car. Its a option that should come with the vehicle and I don't feel a customer should have to pay for that it should come with the vehicle. Other then the cargo cover, everything else is great.
