Margaret Garland was a delight to work with. It was more like a visit with a friend. I initially did not plan to buy a new Rogue. I had my 07 Infiniti in for an oil change and tire rotation, and while waiting for this to be done, I struck up a conversation with Margaret. In asked for the difference between a Juke and a Rogue, and she showed me both vehicles. She was able to answer all my questions, and we talked about gas mileage, and the fact that my Infiniti now had 106000 miles on it. And when did I want to get a new one. Well, one thing led to another and she drove a Rogue out to our home, for my wife Jo to take for a spin. Next thing I know, we are the proud owners of a new Rogue. She made the paperwork a breeze, and we have had several follow up conversations with her, as she checked to see if we had any unanswered questions about the car and/or it's accessories. If I had not chatted with Margaret, I would probably not have purchased a new vehicle right now. And her choice to drive a car to my home for my wife to test drive, was brilliant. More
