GREAT customer service in service department I arrived at this dealership for an oil change and tire rotation a little after 4 pm. I was greeted quickly by a young man who answered my questions I arrived at this dealership for an oil change and tire rotation a little after 4 pm. I was greeted quickly by a young man who answered my questions and got me checked in promptly. He was being trained by another young man who came by right after to verify all information and escort me to the waiting area. Things were explained to me, services were offered, and I was kept informed as I waited. As a "walk in" I was quit satisfied with the time frame of service. They even washed my car for me, left me a pamphlet on services they provide and a much appreciated bottle of cold water when my car was ready. We will be coming to this dealership for all our services in the future.....and further purchases. More

All around service I came in on February 8th to get a oil change and have a piece fixed. The service department rocked and got me in and out in no time. As I was waiting for my Rogue to get done I was walking around the lot just looking and buying time and Sara Barham came out and talked to me. She was very polite, sweet and very upbeat. I told Sara I really wasn’t looking and how it was kinda funny on that same day a year earlier I was there to get a oil change and bought a new car. Well we test drove a few and I decided I should wait and she was very understanding and told me when I do decide to come see her. Well I absolutely loved the fact that she wasn’t pushy and was very understanding and had such a great personality. If anyone is looking to buy you need to go see Sara right away. Whenever I am ready to buy she is who I’ll be coming to see. Overall this place has been the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with and will only deal with from now on. More

Service on my vehicle I went to my local Walmart to have my tires rotated only to find I didn't have the proper tool in my glove box. Contacted Rebecca in service dept . After they completed the oil change, the technician went over the 27 point inspection for me line by line. There’s was no upselling. He just wanted to make sure I knew about the services that may be coming due soon. Once I returned to my car, there was a cold bottle of water waiting for me.
