I would not even give them half a star I towed my car over there on a Thursday and was called to pick it up a week later on Thursday went and paid $500++ and went to leave and my car didn’t start at ALL! over there on a Thursday and was called to pick it up a week later on Thursday went and paid $500++ and went to leave and my car didn’t start at ALL!!!!!! so Nissian told me to give them till Monday and see and NOTHING!! Today went and TOWED MY CAR BACK TO WHERE IT CAME FROM!! And they want me to pay them for..........?? They fixed NOTHING AND WANTED MORE MONEY FROM ME just to see what was the next diagnostic ?? My question is why did I pay $500 plus dollars to pick up my car and it’s still not fixed and ps it’s doing the same thing they said was wrong with it!! I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH NISSIAN IN SHELBYVILLE TENNESSEE!! My dad bought a car from there was gonna trade mine that y’all can’t fix in for a new one THERE!! but I bet you I WILL NOT EVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!! Charged me for NITHING?? Never again!! More
