Please do not come here for service . I was lied to and cheated out of money. I brought my vehicle here for service with my brakes and my radio not working. After waiting an hour before m I was lied to and cheated out of money. I brought my vehicle here for service with my brakes and my radio not working. After waiting an hour before my car even was looked at (I watched) the service advisor says nothing is wrong with either. I literally had to walk in the shop and show him what it was doing… they still claim nothing is wrong with my brakes , although EVERYONE hears them grinding (but it’s okay because my advisor didn’t hear it) and decided to move on to the next issue , the radio. They have no clue how to fix the Nissan connect radio, and going on almost 3 hours, still no answers . The vehicle is under warranty that they claim to not be able to see, but even so in the end paying $150 or more for a problem they don’t know how to fix is ridiculous . It’s worth it to just make the drive to Murfreesboro . Their appointment schedule was just full . There is no reason anyone should be driving a car bought brand new, now has less then 40k miles on it in silence . The staff seems to be very inexperienced and worried about $$$ than fixing a problem. I paid $150 and left with my problem not solved because they don’t know how . Make the drive and go to Murfreesboro . Please do not come here . Save your Time and your money. Update: the next day the computer in the vehicle is acting worse. My screen between my gauges is Also cutting on and off and I fear for my safety while operating a vehicle that Newton claims is fine More

I took my Altima in for the headlight factory recall and Newton Service did absolutely nothing to resolve my issue. I had replaced the headlights and the bulbs myself trying to fix what has turned out to b Newton Service did absolutely nothing to resolve my issue. I had replaced the headlights and the bulbs myself trying to fix what has turned out to be a factory issue and that did not fix the issue, because I had done this they told me they could not even inspect my headlights. They would not tell me anything else. I would have been satisfied if they would have just told me what was causing the issue so I could fix it myself or even pay them to make the repairs, instead all they were interested in was me signing their work order so they could get paid by Nissan for doing absolutely nothing to resolve my issue. This is surprising to me do to the issue being a safety concern. Driving this car at night is not safe but they obviously are not concerned about their customers safety. I have been a loyal Nissan customer for the last 10 plus years. I have purchased a new Altima, a new Murano a new Titan and just last October a new Frontier. NO MORE!! Since my family's safety means nothing to Nissan I will take my business to a different manufacturer moving forward. More

If you live in Middle Tennessee, Steer clear/Beware of NEWTON NISSAN SOUTH, in Shelbyville TN, for ANY service needs. On 6/15/22, went in for a new battery, since corrosion kept appearing on the posts/te NEWTON NISSAN SOUTH, in Shelbyville TN, for ANY service needs. On 6/15/22, went in for a new battery, since corrosion kept appearing on the posts/terminal. 18 Nissan Altima. Replacing original battery. In @ 9:05, out @ 11:30. Supposedly replaced battery, 999M1-ND35C. Total charge $238.63, which included $24.49 in SHOP SUPPLIES (for what, I have no idea. Battery in, Battery out, what supplies were needed)??????? Got home, out of curiosity, popped the good to check out the new battery, and WHAT DO WE FIND???????????? THE ORIGNAL F'ING BATTERY FROM 2018 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe this, period. I immediately wrote the owner and told him what happened (I wrote the owner first, because I knew the GM and service manager would try to make some excuse for why they didn't replace the battery after two and a half hours). The owner of the dealership called and simply said he didn't have any explanation of why this happened. I told him he was going to refund our $238.63 IMMEDIATELY, and that we would NEVER EVER EVER do business with them ever again, or take any vehicles to their dealer for service again. Owner's response, "Well, I can't blame you there". Refund received, but never any followup for WHY they charged a customer $238.63, and didn't do the job. The S/O was assigned a tech, and it was started right there on the invoice. REPLACED BATTERY. Had we not immediately looked under the hood, we would not have known until what might have been months later. Steer Clear of Newton Nissan South, in Shelbyville, TN!!! More
