Shady dealings They did not fix my AC and when I took it back tried to charge me again to fix it. The first time I turned on AC it made a hissing sound. I immediat They did not fix my AC and when I took it back tried to charge me again to fix it. The first time I turned on AC it made a hissing sound. I immediately turned it off. Unfortunately due to work it was a couple of days before I made it back there. Told them my AC still was not working. They said they would look it over and call us. They called and said hose now blown and it needs a new one and it would cost $200+ additional dollars. They said that the hose wasn't shown to be bad when they serviced a couple days ago. So they want me to pay $200+ dollars on top of what I already paid them to fix my AC. When they returned the car to me the AC did not work. I just picked it up because it seems like they are trying gouge me. Ac still does not work...so I am not happy whatsoever with their service and in addition I am out a couple hundred dollars. More

It makes me so proud to see how Newton has turned Shelbyville’s local Nissan dealer around from the past owners. In the past I have not had the best experiences from new car purchase (2007) to service. However, now customer service and the attention to detail is over the top. Today my daughter will purchase our family's second new Pathfinder. I feel confident that she will be well taken care of by Newton’s fantastic team during her ownership. Never had a problem This is the third Murano that I've bought from this dealership, even though it has changed hands. They have always made me feel welcome, as an older widow, whether I was by my self or had my sons with me. The service department has always taken care of my cars in excellent fashion and a very short waiting time . I would recommend this whole dealership to anyone and I do. Poor service Had a tire fixed that 4 days later went flat and it was still on back left but i also payed for a rotation . Meaning they were not rotated at all.
