Friendly and professional I made an appointment to have a rear bumper guard installed on my Rogue. Later I decided that I needed and oil change. I called the dealership and they added this service no problem. When I arrived I was greeted and taken to the waiting area. Rebecca Hargrove the service advisor showed me my air filter and cabin filter. I have owned this vehicle for two years and no one has ever showed then to me. They were in desperate need of changing. Rebecca also gave me information on scheduled maintenance. She stayed with me until I checked out. The other thing that stood out to me was my vehicle was in the pull in/ Drive out service lane . They opened the door and I drove out. At another dealership in Murfreesboro I had to search for my car in the parking lot. I never got my car back in the same condition I took it in. Thanks Newton Nissan South for a job well done. You gained a customer. More

Terrible service Made an online appointment on April 29th, Saturday, to get tires. Had to make the appointment for May 1st, they are closed on Saturday evening and Sun Made an online appointment on April 29th, Saturday, to get tires. Had to make the appointment for May 1st, they are closed on Saturday evening and Sunday. They had an offer to buy 3 get one for $1.00 which expired on April 30th, Sunday, dealership is closed. The on line site allowed me to apply the offer, when I called Monday morning to confirm everything they said the offer was no longer valid. I've purchased 3 cars there, had all of my service done there, even wiper blades, I will not return though. Evidently they don't value their existing customers because the computer won't let them override something that would have not compromised the customers loyalty to them. Why let computers make decisions about customer service? Someone should have at least tried to keep my business instead of just saying "well the computer won't let me override it so I'm sorry". You just lost a customer. More
Great place to do business Saturday April 15 we went to newton Nissan to get an oil change for our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder that we had bought from them 3 years ago and was lookin Saturday April 15 we went to newton Nissan to get an oil change for our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder that we had bought from them 3 years ago and was looking around while we were waiting Ron came out to check on us , we said we were just waiting for our other one to get an oil change, he was very nice and said let me know if I can help so we found a 2016 that was left and we went in to ask Ron and he worked us out the deal we was asking for and left with a new pathfinder.This is the second one we bought from Newton and will be looking forward to trading with them again (Charles and Lisa) More
