Never take your Nissan here for repair I had an appointment on July 17th to take my 2018 Pathfinder because I had a check engine light on. I left my vehicle and was told they would call m I had an appointment on July 17th to take my 2018 Pathfinder because I had a check engine light on. I left my vehicle and was told they would call me when they had finished. Later that evening I called to see if it was ready because I never heard from them. I was told they had to order a part and it was undriveable. On September 17th I finally hear from them that it is ready. They never once called me to update me. I called several times and was always told they didn’t know when the part would be in. Should not be that hard to get a part for a 2018 Pathfinder! More

Newton Nissan Shelbyville I highly recommend this dealership. Although I sold my Nissan Altima trade in for an SUV Infiniti and I don’t live in Shelbyville any longer. Updated review. I wanted to update my review of Newton Nissan South. I initially had posted that I felt that I was scammed by this dealership after having a oil chang I wanted to update my review of Newton Nissan South. I initially had posted that I felt that I was scammed by this dealership after having a oil change and tire rotation. After being contacted by the GM, I feel like that wasn’t the case. Mr. Castro genuinely cares for his customers. They are still in the process of helping me with my problems and I would have no problem continuing my business there and I will be purchasing my next vehicle for them. I’m still not fond of Russell, the service manager. He was very rude to me over the phone. But despite all that, I will be a return customer. Thank you for all your hard work and for your passion to care for your customers, Mr Castro. More
