I bought a New Kicks in 2020. The experience was great, even though my credit was questionable. The only reason I have given them only 4 stars is because of something that happene The experience was great, even though my credit was questionable. The only reason I have given them only 4 stars is because of something that happened today. When I bought the car, they sold me an extended warranty. Since I planned on keeping the car for a long time I thought it would be best. My mistake. It cost me $4000 for something I have never used and now I can't. My car has 59,600 miles on it. The extended warranty ends at 60,000. I have an issue with the car not starting about once every 3-4 weeks. I went to Auto Zone and had the battery tested. I also tested it with my battery charger and reconditioner at home. The battery is fine. Auto Zone said it is the voltage regulator. Last week, I tried twice to call the dealer to get in and got disconnected both times. So, today I drove the 34 miles to the dealership, where I was told that they could not see me without an appointment and they are booked through next week. By then, my extended warranty will be expired due to mileage. The warranty must be used at Newton Nissan South. Had I realized that, I could have saved $4000. WOW. I can't even leave a review if I can't remember names from 3YEARS AGO!!!! UPDATE: After posting this review, I was contacted by the dealership and they got me in the next day. They told me it was the battery. Well, I have a new battery in it now and we will see how it goes. More
