Shady dealings They did not fix my AC and when I took it back tried to charge me again to fix it. The first time I turned on AC it made a hissing sound. I immediat They did not fix my AC and when I took it back tried to charge me again to fix it. The first time I turned on AC it made a hissing sound. I immediately turned it off. Unfortunately due to work it was a couple of days before I made it back there. Told them my AC still was not working. They said they would look it over and call us. They called and said hose now blown and it needs a new one and it would cost $200+ additional dollars. They said that the hose wasn't shown to be bad when they serviced a couple days ago. So they want me to pay $200+ dollars on top of what I already paid them to fix my AC. When they returned the car to me the AC did not work. I just picked it up because it seems like they are trying gouge me. Ac still does not work...so I am not happy whatsoever with their service and in addition I am out a couple hundred dollars. More

Very Efficient Buying Experience These guys are on top of it. I shop on line and had mostly decided on the new Nissan Rogue. Sent in an inquiry on price and Brooks was on the phone These guys are on top of it. I shop on line and had mostly decided on the new Nissan Rogue. Sent in an inquiry on price and Brooks was on the phone within 15 minutes. The next day my husband and I arrived without appointment to find Brooks with a customer, but Dan quickly hooked us up with Chris who took excellent care of us. The entire process was a pleasant experience. We had not planned to do so but left with a new car. Chris took us for a demo ride and went over all the features in great detail (twice to make sure I got it!) as if he had all the time in the world. Joel's fancy desk top screen was most efficient as well. Time is precious thing and cannot be wasted!! I am most pleased....Nancy Garrett More

My wife wanted the car and it was a surprise for her. Worked with 6 Nissan dealers. All said I was close to the price but we needed to take a test drive and discuss the price . . . . . . except Newton Nissan South. In fact, they actually beat my price.
