We actually had a lot of questions as it was our first day shopping and had four models in mind. She spent a lot of time with us going over all the vehicles options and features. We truly felt like we were the only customers that mattered to Donna. The special attention and caring personality for what our vehicle needs were really came through during our visit. Definitely worth the drive I knew I wanted the Titan XD after owning 8 other Nissan products through the years. I drove one at another dealer close to home, but the employees we I knew I wanted the Titan XD after owning 8 other Nissan products through the years. I drove one at another dealer close to home, but the employees weren't friendly and more importantly, they were priced about $1500 higher than what I paid. Brooks was great to deal with, and with Newton Nissan South having a sister dealer on the other side of Nashville, he was able to source for me the truck I wanted with the options I wanted and have it here in less than a day and with only about 100 miles (most of which were obviously the drive from North Nashville). The only option it didn't have was a sprayed in bedliner, so when Mike came in and offfered to have that done I was sold. Ultimately, when this truck is tired in a couple hundred thousand miles, I wouldn't hesitate to visit Newton Nissan South and Brooks again. More

So I then called Donna, and asked if she could help me. I had a car in mind after looking at the online inventory.. A $5k car with 157,000 miles. I told Donna I needed to keep my payments within the budget I had in mind.. After running my credit, Donna picked out the perfect car for me, within my budget.. It was a 2015 Certified Pre-owned Versa with only 25k miles on it. Practically BRAND NEW. I came and left with an even better car than what I had in mind. Donna is very sweet and she has an awesome personality. She does not pressure you and she LISTENS to YOUR needs.. I highly recommend the car buying experience at Newton Nissan South.. Found out the price listed was a "no haggle" price and it was better than another offer I was working at a competing dealer for a model with fewer options. Made the short drive across town this morning, instantly greeted by a sales specialist. Told her what we wanted, asked her to appraise our trade. Got a reasonable offer on the trade, countered one time and agreed. We negotiated finance rate before we ever went to the finance desk. I gave them a target rate and had it locked in within minutes. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours. The longest process was waiting on the detail shop to clean it up because it still had the plastic all over it and hadn't been detailed yet. Would buy from this dealer again any time. More
