He had more patience than I would have had if I had someone like me as a customer! I literally walked him up and down, back and forth. Read almost all the window stickers on both models. I sent him after MANY sets of keys. After all of that, I knew what I wanted. I wanted the Rouge. Only, your store didn't have what I wanted. Mike along with Dan worked dillagently over the next few days to find me that "perfect" car. After having it sent over from the Gallitan store, it was even better than I wanted!
