We live in Nashville so we contacted them online first then completed the credit applications online to know what we could really buy then selected some from the online inventory. Upon arrival Liz had the two vehicles up front and ready to test drive then showed us other options to make sure what we wanted. Liz got us a great price on the Rogue that we thought might be out of our range. The finance manager Michelle was great to work with she managed to get us the extended warranty, Gap insurance, and maintenance plan for the amount we were comfortable with. I can honestly say I never once felt rushed or pushed to chose something I didn't want to purchase. This is a great dealership that really focuses on customer service! 2016 Nissan Altima My partner and I bought a brand new Rogue from Newton two weeks ago. We decided this past weekend that since the deal we got on the Rogue was so great My partner and I bought a brand new Rogue from Newton two weeks ago. We decided this past weekend that since the deal we got on the Rogue was so great we would check out an Altima to replace my Subaru Legacy. I was originally looking at a new base model Altima, but Liz ended up having a nice 2016 Altima SV with low miles that got me closer to my monthly payment and way more features than I could get in a 2017. Just like when we purchased the Rogue Liz had the cars I picked out online ready to test drive but ended up showing me the best option for my needs. Again we never felt pressured once to buy anything. Liz even went online and got insurance quotes to compare the different models, that is going way above and beyond expectations to make her buyers confident in their decision. Michelle was excited to see us again and worked with us to get everything that we needed keeping the budget in mind. They actually close at 7:00pm, but they stayed until 9:00pm to get the sale completed. I can't say how happy I am to have found a dealership that goes above and beyond and really treats their customers with utmost respect. Super happy with my experience here! I went in to look for my car because I had found it online. My sales guy, Mike, found us and showed me the car and let me test drive it. I immediately fell in love with the car, so we went in to complete the buying process. I had my great aunt and grand ma with me and my great aunt wanted to ensure I get the car for a good price. Mike, and the other Nissan people, were so great to agree on the price we wanted. I ended up driving home in my Altima and I was so happy.
