He was able to tell me details about financing before getting to the finance department that I have had other salespeople not have a clue about and basically become useless in helping me move forward with the sale. They made my day! I received a call that I pre-qualified for a newer car. They took some information over the phone and asked when I could come in to finish the rest an I received a call that I pre-qualified for a newer car. Good experience, people I interacted with were great! I had a car that I loved but was looking for something with AWD and a couple of other amenities that my car did not have, but without putting my payme I had a car that I loved but was looking for something with AWD and a couple of other amenities that my car did not have, but without putting my payments out the roof. Jim Yeargin worked hard, and late one night, to find something that he thought would fit my needs. I looked at and drove a couple, but when I tried the Rogue I fell in love with it and bought it. Jim and Michelle were both great to work with.
