Unfortunately, our company policy is that a used car isn't able to be held for a customer. I understand that Matt reached out to you twice the morning of your appointment, once he was made aware that someone else was interested in the vehicle and coming to see it, but was unable to connect with you to let you know. I also apologize that our first contact with you after was not to see what we could do for you. This has been discussed with our managers and staff, so that it will not happen again.
