Hi Micah, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am so sorry that you were not contacted about the status of your Pathfinder repair on a regular basis to keep you informed on the status. I understand that the part your Pathfinder needed was on national back order, and therefore was very difficult to obtain. Once we received it, we completed the repair in 2 days time. However, that does not excuse that you were not contacted regularly with updated on the progress (or lack thereof), and we are working with our service team to institute new rules for keeping our customers informed on their repairs, whether they are in our waiting room or at home. Our new service manager, Terry Byars, would very much like to speak with you, and he has reached out by phone and email. When you get a chance, can you give him a call back at 931-684-6811?
