GREAT customer service in service department I arrived at this dealership for an oil change and tire rotation a little after 4 pm. I was greeted quickly by a young man who answered my questions I arrived at this dealership for an oil change and tire rotation a little after 4 pm. I was greeted quickly by a young man who answered my questions and got me checked in promptly. He was being trained by another young man who came by right after to verify all information and escort me to the waiting area. Things were explained to me, services were offered, and I was kept informed as I waited. As a "walk in" I was quit satisfied with the time frame of service. They even washed my car for me, left me a pamphlet on services they provide and a much appreciated bottle of cold water when my car was ready. We will be coming to this dealership for all our services in the future.....and further purchases. More

Tori Andrews (Nissan Specialist) was an excellent representative of the brand, as she was extreme I had an Amazing Experience at Newton Nissan South! Tori Andrews (Nissan Specialist) was an excellent representative of the brand, as she was extremely knowledgeable and patient while I went back and forth over multiple items to consider for the purchase. She never tried to "sell" me too hard, but rather lead me to the right vehicle for my needs and wants. I was checked on by multiple people throughout the interaction, including the General Manager, Mike Castro. I was also fortunate enough to reconnect with an old familiar face from college during the finance portion of the experience, F&I Manager Joel Marks. The whole experience was seamless, relatively quick, and very comfortable. I'm completely satisfied with the experience and the purchase. If not for having a local mechanic (Newton is about an hour from where I live), I would bring my vehicle back for service often. I'll probably only bring it back when there's something my local mechanic doesn't want to tackle. More

After a follow up call with Mattie and a dealership visit as well, I ended up purchasing a brand new 2019 Nissan Altima XR which I really love. I traded in a 2017.5 Altima XR with 9227 Miles so clearly I did not need it, However he was able to get the financing and current monthly payment that I already had. I totally love my new Altima and Mattie was a GREAT sales person and was able to convince me to make this purchase with NO PRESSURE what so ever. I love me new vehicle and my sales experience.
