He explained everything to me and is very knowledgeable about specific vehicles. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this was by far the absolute est experience ever! There were complimentary snacks (more than just one item) as well as your typically free water, but they also had a great little play area for kids. The receptionist was very sweet and with everyone we saw, there wasn’t a single person who made us feel like our kids (1.5yo and 3yo) were too loud or in the way. We drove 1.5 hrs to this dealership to purchase the truck my husband wanted and the dealership itself definitely didn’t let us down. NEGATIVE - they did not fill up the truck with gas before we drove away with it. We have purchased multiple vehicles in the past from a variety of dealerships, and every single time we have had a full tank of gas in our new vehicle. This was frustrating, especially as I said, we had an hour and a half drive home, and is a major downer in my opinion considering it was a very nice dealership. Maybe it was just us? Everyone I have mentioned this to has also said in their car buying experience they have also always received a full tank of gas or complimentary gas card. Still satisfied, just kinda took away from making it “an awesome experience”. More
