sara was very nice. She did her best to help us and to make Our overall experience was long and tiering. The car I wanted came out of the clean up with a 2 " scratch on it. They then tried to find another one just like it but it to had problems. We had already did all the paperwork and all. Then we had to wait for them to find another car. This one had luggage racks where the other one did not. But we said ok. We were there from 10:00 am to after 5:00 pm. It was a long and trying process filtered with anxiety Ended up with a car that I did not pick out. Sara was great and friendly. She tried to help us. She was great... If it had not been for her we probably left without buying a car. More
