This Trip Redeemed the Dealership I've bought three cars with you all. I bought my first car ever with you all March 2017 and was pretty nervous. Michelle was actually in sales and I've bought three cars with you all. I bought my first car ever with you all March 2017 and was pretty nervous. Michelle was actually in sales and she was just the best. Seriously she isn't just a great sales person, she is just a great person in general. She is hilarious and very real. After that, there was a major miscommunication on my second car and I won't name him again but basically I was talked down to in front of my wife that I'd married only two weeks before and was utterly humiliated. I couldn't believe the place I'd be recommending to everyone I knew had treated me this badly. It was the equivalent to having a Chick-Fil-A employee cuss you out and curb stomp you. You just can't comprehend it. After that, I was never coming back but I talked to the owner on the phone and he said he would make the deal right if I gave you all the first shot at my third car. I was hesitant but desperate from the state I was left in from the second deal so I agreed. I wanted to be a man of my word so I came into the dealership hesitantly this weekend. My wife was so nervous to go back she couldn't even eat breakfast but I wanted to keep my word. KP was at our car before we even got out and that dude is so personable, energetic and genuine. He was great to work with and is clearly ready to hustle and work his hardest. I mean he was ready to help us before we even got out of the car. He never pressured us, never gave a hard sale. He did everything he could to help us buy a car and honestly we were in a bind. We needed to get a car desperately but are also buying a house in a few months. To do that, we needed the perfect deal and he delivered. There was another gentleman with a cool beard that helped but I didn't get his name but he was swell. After it was said and done Michelle did our paper work and WHAT A DELIGHT to see her again. It really made my day to see her again after she helped me get my first car. The scar will always be there from my second car as it is really tough to get embarrassed and yelled at in front of the woman you just married....like that just doesn't leave your mind. However, this third car was good enough to heal that enough that we will be back for our fourth and I feel comfortable recommending you all again. Especially now that I know the name of the guy I can tell them to avoid. More
