We originally stopped in to get repairs on our vehicle but decided repairs were becoming too frequent and wanted to look at a new vehicle instead. We had been looking at the Transit Van for a year, debating if it was the right vehicle for our needs. She got us into the vehicle for a test ride and showed us many details about the vehicle. My daughters mustang was towed to this dealership and she was charged 4 hours labor on a job that FORD pays 1.5 hours on. Either the mechanic is an idiot or the manager is a thief.
