I told the lady, who was very courteous and professional (sorry to say I didn't get her name) that I would need an oil change before I went on a long trip. She arranged it for me on the spot. But since it was a few weeks away I remembered the day, but not the time. So I went to the Shelbyville service center on the scheduled date (Veteran's Day) and was pleasantly surprised to have Eli Schweitzer get the truck in right away and have it serviced. An hour later it was good to go - after the oil change, a tire rotation and a look-over. Then I had a very pleasant conversation with Eli about the maintenance schedule I should do for the truck, since it will be towing a travel trailer a lot … as well as the impending bad weather. He took the time to fully answer my questions, provide needed information and chit-chat. So, my very satisfying and enjoyable experience continues on with Newton Ford! More

Very courteous & quick service I bought a 2019 ford f150 that did not have step rails, I really wanted this vehicle because of the color and the style, my sales person, (Charles Bob I bought a 2019 ford f150 that did not have step rails, I really wanted this vehicle because of the color and the style, my sales person, (Charles Bobo) set it up that my truck would get those step rails....when I dropped off the vehicle to have them done....it was quick and they look beautiful on my truck....thanks everyone.
