I bought a new 2020 Edge ST, my second form Newton Ford. When in the process I told the finance guy I wanted the BEST and longest bumper to bumper warranty Ford had and I did NOT want an aftermarket warrant When in the process I told the finance guy I wanted the BEST and longest bumper to bumper warranty Ford had and I did NOT want an aftermarket warranty. Now my car in for service I find out that I not only did NOT get a Ford warranty the one I got won't cover my problem. The service has done his best with what he has to deal with but the company has NOT. I then talked to Mike Castro apparently responsible for customer service at their Ford and Nissan dealerships who said he would take care of the problem and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. That tells me everything I need to know about their special customer service. I have now purchased my last 5 vehicles from Ford, there won't be another one and NOTHING from Newton dealerships...... More

Ken Smith was so AWESOME to work with, did not pressure you into anything. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased thru Newton Ford and would highly recommend the staff there. I had outstanding service from Newton Ford South! I was helped by Gabriel Stewart to find a family car that suited me and my husbands wants and needs. He did an excellent job by selecting us a Kia Se I was helped by Gabriel Stewart to find a family car that suited me and my husbands wants and needs. Very disappointed in the way Mr. Green handled an issue we had while at the dealership. We had items missing from vehicle after an oil change. for whatever reason, their service department opened the tai we had while at the dealership. We had items missing from vehicle after an oil change. for whatever reason, their service department opened the tailgate of our truck for an oil change and as we drove away, we lost multiple items before we realized it was open. I contacted Mr. Green and he answered quickly, seemed sincere and said he would pay for lost items. I emailed him the list and he changed his mind. I have his email stating he would take care of it and he has now went back on his word. Very poor way to run a business. His correspondence since the initial email, have been very rude. I will share this experience with everyone I can, in hopes I save someone else the grief they have caused us. More
