Good service, terrible product. Service department was great but the transmission in ford focus' is junk. Shame on you Ford. You got me twice but never again. I will never buy another ford product because of it. We had a 2012 focus in the shop at least 4 times because of the auto shift transmission. While we were picking it up the last time, a salesman came out and told us the problem was corrected on the 2016 focus' and he convinced us to buy another. WRONG! You lost a lifelong ford customer because of your transmission. More

be cautious I recently purchased a f150 used from these guys. My salesman was great until I got home. I knew it was an as is no warranty but specifically asked if I recently purchased a f150 used from these guys. My salesman was great until I got home. I knew it was an as is no warranty but specifically asked if something happened in a short amount of time would they take care of it. The answer I received was yeah sure will help you out. I get home and notice a funny sound from the engine compartment. Let my mechanic look at it and the bearing on the ac compressor was starting to lock up, yet they 'thoroughly checked it out' when they trade for it. Asked my salesman what they would do and I get 'oh well you can buy and extended warranty' on top of that I had my credit shotgunned to 8 or 9 different creditors which dropped my credit almost a 100 points. Highly recommend you be cautious with these ppl and bring your own mechanic before you sign the dotted line More
