Outstanding buying experience! I drove 40 miles on a Friday morning to see a specific F150 Newton Ford had on its lot per its website - the only F150 in the Nashville area that had I drove 40 miles on a Friday morning to see a specific F150 Newton Ford had on its lot per its website - the only F150 in the Nashville area that had the options I wanted. When I got onto the sales floor there was no one there ... but once the morning staff meeting adjourned a few minutes later Cindy Brown came out and immediately asked me if she could help me … to which I replied I wanted to check out a certain F150. She got the key for it and after looking it over for a few minutes I took it for a 15 minute test drive with her - with her answering questions and providing information on the truck's features as I drove. Cindy was very personable and courteous to me. And best of all, she told me when she didn't have an answer to a question … and although just a couple of these, she immediately pulled aside the service manager (Eli) when we got back to the dealership to get me the information I wanted. I got all of my questions answered completely. In addition to the great experience I had with Cindy and Eli the processing of my sale was the quickest I had ever had - 3 hours. James Robinson processed my sale. And just like Cindy and Eli, he was very professional and courteous to me. I sit at home doing this review two days later, having driven my new F150 a few times over many miles … and I am just as pleased with my purchase and the buying experience as I was the day I decided to buy the truck. The truck and sale have been exactly as I was told it would be. As such, I highly recommend anyone considering a Ford to visit the Newton Ford dealership in Shelbyville to look over and learn about whatever model they desire. More
