We had went to several dealerships in Murfreesboro and either didn’t find what we were looking for or didn’t like the experience (all those new dealerships are less than personal). We were lucky enough to be helped by Charles Higgins and couldn’t have been more pleased. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and knew our exact situation. He showed us a vehicle that we hadn’t even considered previously. We liked it, but were on the fence. Charles arranged for us to take the vehicle home overnight and see how it worked for our family.
