Overall the dealership experience wasn't bad. I had been in contact prior to walking in and upfront on trade in status. Alex seemed nice enough but attempted to run my bill even higher by having I had been in contact prior to walking in and upfront on trade in status. Alex seemed nice enough but attempted to run my bill even higher by having me get a new tag instead of transferring my tag from my trade in. We had a more pleasant experience with the finance guy yet feel we were oversold because of the need for a vehicle and what we learned sitting across from finance. After the sale Alex and manager were rude & uncouth in communications - I was simply a sale. That was clear. I won't be returning and won't be recommending Mr. Pardo. I had hoped to deal with Mr. Smith as that was who I had been communicating with, unfortunately he was unavailable when I arrived at dealership. I walked in having looked at my credit profile through the dealerships website and had numbers in mind. I was nervous enough buying a new car and Mr. Pardo and his manager took advantage of that.
