The whole process of buying my Ford Flex was fast and easy. This is the 7th vehicle we have purchased with the dealership in Shelbyville. It has had several names over the years but we have always been well pl This is the 7th vehicle we have purchased with the dealership in Shelbyville. It has had several names over the years but we have always been well pleased with the service here at this location. I came in on an extended lunch time and spoke to Derrick Baker and he started the process right away to have my truck evaluated for trade-in and to assign Mr. Bobo to take care of the me. Mr. Bobo was a pleasure to deal with and he made this experience a good one and also followed up with phone calls to make sure everything is going well with my new Flex. I really appreciated the fact that everyone was aware that my time is valuable to me and in so doing moved things along and put me in the Flex that I wanted. service after buying car stinks! I thought I was gonna enjoy my car shopping experience. The sales man was very nice and acceptable to my offer. Buy after buying the car, 2 days oil l I thought I was gonna enjoy my car shopping experience. The sales man was very nice and acceptable to my offer. Buy after buying the car, 2 days oil light came on, not even a month air bag light comes on and all I get is We're not gonna do anything about it, tho they assured everything had been checked and would not be on the lot to sale otherwise. Its gonna cost ME almost 500$ after i was told I had 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and also a few things I was told has not been true. I will seek to get this taken care of beens it's not been a month I've purchased the car. Friendly first and forget you attitude when your out the door and I say its bad business! More
