Great car buying experience Star number one is inventory they have PLENTY of options and will do their best to help find what you need. Star 2 is all quality they are personable reliable and willing, they want you to be more than satisfied with your time and money that you've invested. Star 3 is again the great people I can't stress enough how wonderful everyone I worked with was my sales guy Mark is awesome he did all he could to take care of me and not waste my time looking at everything on the lot ( like star one says that would take a long while) Star 4 is they stand by the rides they sale I had an issue with my dart and they stayed on top of it and fixed it right away without dragging it out for weeks even though they had to pay so I could take it to the dodge dealership And star 5 is the icing on the cake they have the inventory of a big Nashville dealer but the small town feel and care you'd expect from shelbyville the managers weren't pushy they were happy to take a couple minutes of their time to talk about the good ole days playing football with my dad in high school and truly top to bottom wanted you to be satisfied. I am a real customer my name is Logan and I wasn't paid or anything to do this just a subway gift card but they really are this awesome More

Best Car Buying Experience We have purchased many, many Fords over the years and have never be loyal to a local dealer, there was always 'something' that was never right. We drove to Newton in Shelbyville, which is 75 miles from our home, passing half a dozen Ford dealers on the way. We will be loyal from here on out!
