I will have to say that when I first called about the vehicle I purchased, the number that was listed with the autotrader.com ad went straight to voice mail with a response of "I will call you back at my first availability." This was not exceptable to me so I punched zero and the operator sent out the call to anybody that was available. Ms Partin answered my call. This is the first step of serving a potential customer...period. Mr. Green, the general manager @ the GM store, was very helpful as well. He backed up Ms Partin which was so very helpful to expediting the business side of a car purchase. More
