While there are some helpful people at this dealership, ask LOTS of questions before you agree to anything. Further, I wouldn’t recommend trying to buy a vehicle if it’s anywhere close to closing time. Ju ask LOTS of questions before you agree to anything. Marty was awesome! He was very patient with my wife and me. Promised me a certain number on a truck that didn’t happen, wish he would’ve told me up front that it wasn’t possible before I drove over 2 hours. Said he was on my side and would convince the managers happen, wish he would’ve told me up front that it wasn’t possible before I drove over 2 hours. Said he was on my side and would convince the managers to “make the deal happen” but didn’t even come close. Ended up getting my dream truck at Serra Chevrolet in Nashville with an honest salesman.
