Had a good experience with Dakota at Newton in Shelbyville. Nice young man, answered all of my questions and went out of his way to help me. They sold us car with major issue. At the first trip home and back to the dealership (because they forgot to give us one document to sign) we got check engine. We had to leave car in the dealership for check, they wasn’t able to read the code, and they send this car to another dealership. The cost of repair to fix this issue is around 1/3 price of the car. And they refused to pay for it. We took the car from repair shop and after first refueling at the gas station it doesn’t start. The car is not usable! According that how they reacted to any feedback from us it looks like they knew about this issue but hid from us. It worst experience!!! very dishonest people!!! I would like to set zero or minus five stars, if it would be possible!!! Stay away from them! More
