Service Department I took my car into the shop for a ticking noise in May, they changed my oil and stated drive it a while and see if the sound goes away, if not bring i I took my car into the shop for a ticking noise in May, they changed my oil and stated drive it a while and see if the sound goes away, if not bring it back in, then my transmission goes out, I still told them about the noise however it was ignored and the trans was replaced, car still made noise, so I took it back to the shop and was informed I needed a new engine, now the time is end of June, replaced engine and it took them three weeks to replace engine, and two weeks to replace transmission. I finally got my car back but the level of service I received from Lori was deplorable. I will only deal with Felix from now on if I have to take my car back there. I’ve had the car just over a year and in that time they replaced my brakes, rotors, tires, transmission, and engine. Hopefully I won’t have to take it back for anything major for a long time. More

I love my car I haven’t had any issue with it, but a factory recall which even then they too care of everything for me and I had my car back within a day. I am going on my third year having this car and I’m almost paid off so the prices are reasonable ! Definitely would recommend More
