I had a great experience at Newport Lexus, in fact the next time I buy a car, I will try to see if they have availability and I will drive them more than 100 miles from my home to work with them again. I bought a new 2025 ES350 from Newport, with many options added on. I bought the car the same day I test drove it. The salespeople were nice, but unfortunately the car itself had problems within the first 48 added on. I bought the car the same day I test drove it. The salespeople were nice, but unfortunately the car itself had problems within the first 48 hours. The battery wasn't holding a charge, which caused a loud clicking sound and flashing lights when trying to start the car. It was extremely embarrassing for a brand new car to break down in my office parking garage (in front of several executives, no less)… Especially for a Toyota product. The service department was helpful in fixing this mess, but having to jump a brand new car in the rain several times does not provide a reliable feeling. That, and I have no idea how a car was sold new with a faulty electrical system. More
