Service (appt) was quick (compared to a Toyota dealership). Hints to me that Lexus Newport does NOT overbook. Waiting at dealership is super comfortable as well. In truth, I wanted to score this dealership a 4 out of 5 stars only: for some reason my mileage (in) went from 1011 to 1014 miles (out). That’s quite a long driveability check. For reference, I have a 2009 Odyssey that was diagnosed with a recall transmission judder and its test drive was less than 3 miles. Dealing with Roberto M though pushed my review through to the maximum 5 stars. Thank you Roberto! More
