False promises, disclosure issues, backdoor service antics, manager laughing about ripping people off, two weeks worth of reminders why car salesmen have the reputation they do. Was told a repair w antics, manager laughing about ripping people off, two weeks worth of reminders why car salesmen have the reputation they do. Was told a repair would be done before I bought the car, “ya, I got it boss”…. After I bought it, $1400 expense. Manager didn’t disclose work recommended by their service department. Another $1000, known but not disclosed. Asked to run it through the service department for the truth, told i would just get a list of unnecessary service recommendations. Is that fraud in the service department? Or just lying about the cars condition? Next visit (after he bypassed the service department, no report) manager tells me trumped up lists of repairs results in “they cant get to the sales office fast enough”, in refrence to customers. Sounds like fraud to me. Then I find out the whole side of the car had been repainted for some undisclosed reason. Two weeks of this crap, three requests to talk to the GM, no response. More
