Greg Brawley went the extra mile by surprising me with a HUGE RED BOW on my new car. Such a thoughtful and memorable touch made the day even more special. (A little background)—I did not want to repeat the same mistake I made walking into Lexus of Westminster in 2016, where I had a random salesperson assigned to me like Russian roulette. I did my research, and from the many great reviews, Greg Brawley was the one I called. He greeted me with his signature southern hospitality and charming accent, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Greg took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted, and he delivered beyond my expectations. He found the exterior and interior color combination I had been dreaming of and ensured that my new car included all the must-have features I was missing in my 2016 model. Greg Brawley was nothing short of phenomenal throughout the process. This was by far the worst automobile experience I’ve ever had. This was my fourth Lexus acquisition but first used Lexus. Salesman Rafael Martinez was nice but naïve. The manager kept sending Rafael back to had. This was my fourth Lexus acquisition but first used Lexus. Salesman Rafael Martinez was nice but naïve. The manager kept sending Rafael back to me with erroneous fees, sales tax, and other unwanted items. We negotiated a price at the very beginning before I sat down and then for a hour they were grinding me to pay for things that were unacceptable such as Paint protection, made up fees that were not applicable and license fees for the car that was already currently licensed. There was an unscrupulous person working in the back office. I really liked the car so I stayed the course and when I threatened to leave, they finally put in writing the price we agreed to at the beginning. The person who processed the paperwork,however, was a pleasure. I am happy to talk with someone about the above mentioned problems. More

Finance was not high-pressure, but still ran me through the ebs and flows of additional items. Always try and sell thing you don’t need. Took my #Lexus #ES300h for 20k service, they told me they rotated the tires but I have pictures of before and after and the damaged #rim tire is stil Took my #Lexus #ES300h for 20k service, they told me they rotated the tires but I have pictures of before and after and the damaged #rim tire is still in the same place, they also topped air in the tires 38/39, which is way too high as the recommended is 35psi, I have driven to the desert and back in scorching heat but never saw my #tire pressure go up this high, I do not recommend this dealership. Also, they suggest I get the tires replaced soon and #hybrid #battery #filter changed/cleaned and they quoted $349.26, I asked why it was so high, Joey told me they ll need to remove the back seat, take it all apart and put it back together, glad I didn’t let them do it, came home and YouTubed it, only needs 2 screws removed to replaced the filter. Best to go spend money at a small business. More
