First time visit for service. Emergency visit because my driver's side mirror fell off while I was driving to work. My service advisor, Dave Clayton, was very friendly and efficient and informed me of the whole process and timing. He also reminded me that my tires were still under warranty and explained what that meant in terms of pricing for the replacement. Just a great experience overall and I have been a dedicated Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills customer for the past 8 years until I moved to Orange County. I thought it would be hard to beat their outstanding service but Newport Lexus has been wonderful! More
