Despite the fact that I purchased a used vehicle, We were treated as though we picked up a brand new vehicle. The red bow, the gift style that the vehicle was presented was fabulous and very appreciated. The dealership itself was very clean- including the bathroom. It really elevated our experience without making us feel like we were out of our league. I will definitely refer others to Newport Lexus and Gary for the best experience in Lexus purchasing.
