The service advisor was extremely rude and the shuttle service is horrible. Had multiple instances of waiting over a hour for shuttle pickup when location was less than 15 mins away. Would have called an uber/lyft but they lie saying they are on the way. They do not care about wasting your time and start ignoring calls/texts. Today, I was only able to get a shuttle ride back after calling the dealership directly. Had a maintenance package from when I purchased my car but I regret it as it forced me to come back. Please save yourself the time, frustration, and headache by going anywhere else. More

He helped get my husband‘s walker out of the trunk and even went to the car twice to retrieve things we had left in t He explained everything to us.
