I’ve been bringing my Lexus RX to Joey Wilchek at Newport Lexus for many years, and the service experience has consistently been outstanding. He is one of the very few service advisors I’ve dealt with in decades of living in Orange County who I genuinely trust. He is honest, straightforward, extremely responsive, and gets things handled quickly without trying to sell you something you don’t need. What I appreciate most is that Joey clearly understands the value of a long-term relationship with a customer. He knows that treating people fairly, earning their trust, and having them recommend him to friends and family is worth far more than making a few extra dollars on one service visit. You can tell when someone is looking out for you rather than just looking at the bill. That approach is surprisingly rare, especially in the automotive business.
