The service advisor was extremely rude and the shuttle service is horrible. Had multiple instances of waiting over a hour for shuttle pickup when location was less than 15 mins away. Would have called an service is horrible. Had multiple instances of waiting over a hour for shuttle pickup when location was less than 15 mins away. Would have called an uber/lyft but they lie saying they are on the way. They do not care about wasting your time and start ignoring calls/texts. Today, I was only able to get a shuttle ride back after calling the dealership directly. Had a maintenance package from when I purchased my car but I regret it as it forced me to come back. Please save yourself the time, frustration, and headache by going anywhere else. More
