As a maintenance savvy customer I had the opportunity to be escorted inside the shop by Dennis Palacio my favorite service advisor to discuss a shop procedure with one of their Master Technicians where I saw their world class service facility. Their Multi Point Inspections and recommendations are key to my cars being in top mechanical conditions, not to mention their very reasonable prices. I am happy customer and highly recommend the Newport Lexus. More

Terrible company to do business with. Had an agreed upon deal complete with pricing and trade in value. After waiting 5 weeks for the car to come in the sales rep called me to say everyth Had an agreed upon deal complete with pricing and trade in value. After waiting 5 weeks for the car to come in the sales rep called me to say everything is good. I told them it would be 5 days till I can come in, and the rep said no problem. He later spoke with his manager and said I have to come in on Friday. This was on a Wednesday afternoon, and I was out of town on vacation. He also said in the 5 weeks I waited for the on-order car the value of my trade in went down over $4000 which is 20% of the total value of the trade in, bizarre. I would never trust this dealership. And would never recommend them to anyone. More
