This dealer is NOT good. Second time I had to be in for the key not working. $300 for a new key - give me a break! I am sure that I was ripped off. One might think I would get raked over the coals, Not so with Marty and Joe they are honest and reputable keeping my old truck running, good as new. The same is true for my 2018 SUV, I'm in and out in less than one hour....a big thumbs up for Newins Bay Shore Ford Service Dept. While I'm at it I would like to give kudos to Larry LaSpisa in the Sales Dept. 631-665-1300 Xt 511. who helped me through the process of selecting the car that I desired and most importantly, the monthly payment that I could afford. Just like their service department the sales department is professional and thoughtful of the customer's needs. I'v been dealing with Newins now for 4 years my only regret is that I did not work with them sooner...... More

30,000 mile service I made the appointment a couple of days prior and was processed as soon as I arrived at the service desk. I was a little disappointed with the time it took before my car was actually brought in for service (50 minutes) but once started, the work was done in a timely manner. I believe that when an appointment is made service should start within 15 minutes of the appointment time. Just saying. I still am very satisfied with Newins' performance and will continue to have my vehicle serviced there. More

Beyond necessary Marty wrote me up but my vehicle just went out of warranty. Mind you I always had my vehicle serviced at Newins brakes tires etc. my window broke a mo Marty wrote me up but my vehicle just went out of warranty. Mind you I always had my vehicle serviced at Newins brakes tires etc. my window broke a month after my warranty ended and Ken the manager, was able to use loyalty points to fix my window with no out of pocket coast. Thank you guys so much. More
