Excellent experience I have always brought my car to Newins since the day I purchased it there. The sales staff was wonderful and the service staff has follow suit. They are always accommodating and have repaired my car in a timely manner. The service agents and always respectful and knowledgeable. After purchasing many cars in my life Newins is by far the best dealership. More

better service dept than others i've tried service was satisfactory except for one issue. I was charged for 7 quarts of oil when I'm usually only charged for 6. the owners manual clearly states service was satisfactory except for one issue. I was charged for 7 quarts of oil when I'm usually only charged for 6. the owners manual clearly states my vehicle takes 6 qts of oil. when I questioned the service advisor about this, his answer was vague and made no sense to me. either I was overcharged or the tech overfilled the engine. neither scenario is good.
