The Service advisors Joe Rivarola and Marty Jacobs both greeted by name and Mr. Jacobs checked me in and wrote my service request immediately. In a very short period of time, the service on my vehicle was completed and I was checked out with my car having an oil change, multi point inspection and tire rotation.
