Service was good. While the service was done on time and efficient, I had to bring the car in on a weekday as they do not have senior, more trained technicians working While the service was done on time and efficient, I had to bring the car in on a weekday as they do not have senior, more trained technicians working on Saturdays. They will only provide oil and lube services on Saturdays. If that is the policy, Newins should offer loaner cars that have to wait until Monday to be serviced. More

2018 Expedition I live 30 minutes from this dealership I bypass 4 Ford dealerships along the way just to do business with Newins Ford.
